The current Saint Benedict cross country team 6K record has stood since 2004 when Leah Wurm recorded a time of 22:07 in the final race of her junior season. That time not only set the school record – which Wurm had set earlier in the year – it was also good for 14th place at the 2004 NCAA Championships, which earned Wurm All-American honors.
